Rolex Service

A Rolex watch is a precise machine that requires regular service for optimum reliability and longevity.

Rolex recommends having your watch serviced every five years* depending on specific wearing conditions. Allowing more than 5 years to pass between servicing can cause unseen problems. As the lubricants break down, internal parts wear and break.  Mainsprings break, setting gear teeth can be stripped, winding pinions become worn/broken. The rubber gaskets and o-rings that seal the watch can begin to dry out and break down, thus causing moisture to be introduced into the movement. Therefore, just as you change the oil in your vehicle as suggested by the manufacturer, you should also follow the above guidelines when it pertains to your Rolex timepiece.

What sets us apart from factory service:  We do not send your watch out, our price is much lower, the turnaround time for service averages 2 weeks instead of 3 months, and we treat every watch with the same individual care that we give our own.

There are numerous steps performed in servicing your Rolex including:

  • movement is disassembled before cleaning
  • gears and parts are inspected for wear
  • new gaskets are installed upon reassembly
  • lubricants are applied
  • watch is adjusted and calibrated with advanced diagnostic equipment
  • watch is pressure tested to insure that it is sealed properly
  • band and case are professionally refinished

All service is performed on-site and all work is under warranty for one year.

There is no charge to open your Rolex, run diagnostics and provide you with an estimate for service.

You may bring your watch in or mail it to the shop.   For mail-in service, please call for specific directions.

Keep your Rolex looking like new. Bring it in for a free exterior buff and clean.
